Copper Stripper (MPB Copper Stripper)
Generally an ammonium solution is used For removing the initial copper onto
board. This solution is alkaline and does not attack the circuit.
Normally this solution is operated in spray method. The temperature is between
45 - 50 degree centigrade which increase the rate of reaction however the
reaction can be done in room temperature.
There is other solution for stripper the copper based on chromic acid, but the
chromic acid is poison and causes problems in waste disposal.
